aloo cutlets (aloo tikki)

- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 0.5 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds

- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- 1 serrano diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup bread crumbs
- 0.25 cup oil

- Bring about 6 cups of water to boil, add potatoes and cook for 10-15 min until just done (test by inserting fork, it should pass through easily).

- Drain and set aside, preferably a few hours in the fridge.
