  • 1 lb green cabbage
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 0.25 tsp turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle.
  3. Add turmeric, red chili powder and cabbage & salt.
  4. Add water, mix well and cook covered with the lid on for 5 minutes on medium heat.

  • This recipe also works with red/purple or savoy cabbage
  • A bit mid in instant pot, use stove top
