cabbage stir fry
Servings: 4
- 1 lb green cabbage
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 0.25 tsp turmeric
- 0.25 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle.
- Add turmeric, red chili powder and cabbage & salt.
- Add water, mix well and cook covered with the lid on for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Notes
- This recipe also works with red/purple or savoy cabbage
- A bit mid in instant pot, use stove top
