- 1 lb jalapeno
- 1 serrano
- 12 garlic cloves
- 0.25 cup neutral oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- salt

Instructions
- Place jalapenos, serrano and garlic on a baking sheet and bake for ~10 minutes at 425.
- Flip the peppers and remove the garlic.
- Put the garlic in a closed container.
- After 10 more minutes remove the peppers and put them in the same container.
- Blend everything together with the neutral oil, lime juice and a pinch of salt.
Notes
- Salsa is best after a day of rest, once the flavors have had time to calm down and meld together.
