Instructions
- Boil small golden potatoes in salted water. You want them to be fork tender (about 15 minutes). If they're not soft enough they won't smash and you'll be sad.
- Transfer to baking sheet, smash them, add salt/pepper & oil.
- Bake them until crispy at 425 (around 35 minutes).
