Instructions

  1. Boil small golden potatoes in salted water. You want them to be fork tender (about 15 minutes). If they're not soft enough they won't smash and you'll be sad.
  2. Transfer to baking sheet, smash them, add salt/pepper & oil.
  3. Bake them until crispy at 425 (around 35 minutes).
